Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • If your order has not arrived within 5–8 days after shipping confirmation, please contact us

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during transit:

  • If possible, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately
  • If already delivered, contact us with photos and details for assistance
